Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms are between you and Ventora Labs, a Wyoming corporation, doing business as CAMAudit. By creating an account, signing up, purchasing, or using CAMAudit in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. Legal notices to Ventora Labs must be sent by email to angel.campa@camaudit.io. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must review every output before you rely on it. CAMAudit produces automated analysis that can contain errors, omissions, or misclassifications. You agree to check each finding, calculation, and document against your own lease and CAM records before acting on it. CAMAudit is not liable for any error or mistake in its outputs, or for any loss arising from your reliance on an output you did not independently verify.
Partner portal use, white-label use, referral use, and revenue-share use are also governed by the Partner Terms. If these Terms conflict with the Partner Terms for partner use, the Partner Terms control.
Service Description
CAMAudit is a CAM (Common Area Maintenance) audit platform for white-label and revenue-share partners. We analyze commercial lease agreements and annual CAM reconciliation statements to identify potential discrepancies using deterministic calculations and classification checks. Results are delivered as branded partner audit reports for partner review and sign-off.
No professional advice. CAMAudit provides software-generated document analysis, not legal, accounting, tax, brokerage, valuation, collection, or licensed audit advice. Consult the right licensed professional before taking a rights-sensitive action.
The partner remains the auditor and reviewer. CAMAudit is the branded engine behind that workflow. We do not replace professional judgment, client authorization, or final partner review.
Fees
CAMAudit uses flat-fee partner plans. Current annual LAUNCH50prices are $990 for Starter, $2245 for Growth, and $5995 for Scale. Each plan includes audit and lease qualification capacity for branded client delivery.
Approved partners may choose a white-label plan or a revenue-share motion during setup. Partner workspace capacity does not expire while the plan remains active.
Refund Policy
CAMAudit offers a 30-day money-back guarantee through its refund policy for eligible partner purchases. If you are not satisfied with your audit purchase, contact us within 30 days of payment. Refund requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a full refund.
What We Do Not Guarantee
We do not guarantee that any landlord will agree with a finding, issue a credit, make a payment, change a reconciliation, extend an audit-rights window, or resolve a dispute.
We do not guarantee that findings are complete, that every issue will be detected, or that detected findings are free from error. The service is provided as-is and as available. Outputs may include extraction errors, math defects, omissions, misclassification, incomplete document context, downtime, third-party service errors, or defects caused by missing pages, poor scan quality, or unusual lease structures.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying our findings against your original lease and CAM documents
- Deciding whether and how to communicate findings to clients, landlords, or others
- Reviewing, changing, or discarding any correction package templates
- Consulting licensed professionals before rights-sensitive action
- Understanding the legal implications of any dispute with a landlord
Partners must disclose referral compensation or other material connections clearly and conspicuously when required by law, professional rules, or client engagement terms.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ventora Labs, CAMAudit, and their officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from unauthorized uploads, data-permission failures, client disputes, landlord disputes, partner marketing claims, compensation-disclosure failures, report misuse, correction package misuse, breach of these Terms, or your use of our analysis, reports, or correction packages with any third party.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant CAMAudit a limited license to process them for the purpose of delivering your audit results. We do not share your documents with third parties except as required to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy.
By submitting documents, you represent that you are authorized to share them. Source documents are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted. Derived metadata, quality signals, audit records, billing records, and legal acceptance records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You may use CAMAudit only for lawful purposes and only in connection with commercial lease audits you have the right to conduct. You may not attempt to circumvent our fee structure, upload documents you do not have authorization to share, or use the platform to harm third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ventora Labs' and CAMAudit's liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service during the three months before the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-business, lost-data, landlord-dispute, lease-deadline, or professional-liability damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on audit results.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before either party files a formal claim, the parties must first try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice.
Unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration seat and venue will be Wyoming, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. To the fullest extent allowed by law, claims must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.
Either party may seek injunctive relief for misuse of confidential information, intellectual property, platform credentials, or data without waiting for the informal resolution period to end.
